Ellie Goulding
Ellie Goulding's (n e Elena Jane Goulding 30 December, 1986 in Hereford England) was an English singer-songwriter from England. Ellie Goulding, a British musician and singer who gained fame in 2010, when her smash songs Guns and Horses and Starry Eyed attracted the attention of the public. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding stands out as a contemporary artist due to her singing voice that is soprano and the ability of writing songs that are both engaging and emotional. She is similar in many ways to Kate Bush, Imogen Heap as well as other artists with similar styles. Polydor Records eventually signed Goulding to a recording deal. Her debut album was scheduled for release.
